The Wolf of Broad Street 6th Annual Autumn Open returns Monday, September 15, 2025, at the legendary Philmont Country Club. This full-course, private golf outing brings together top real estate professionals for 18 holes of championship play (shotgun start, best ball… all for fun), a cookout-style networking lunch, live music, DJ, a helicopter ball drop raffle, dinner & open bar, a closing awards ceremony and a special gift for all guests.

This year’s event benefits the Happy Smiles Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to spreading kindness through small acts with big impact.
